Since 2004, Denver Fencing Center has brought the sport of fencing to Coloradans.
Our Mission
The Denver Fencing Center (DFC) is a full-time fencing facility located just minutes away from downtown Denver, near Santa Fe and Evans. We offer over 30 different fencing classes weekly for all ages and all abilities. As a true fencing center, we train fencers in all three Olympic fencing weapons: foil, épée, and sabre.
Our coaches and staff offer you a top-quality fencing experience. We strive to bring a welcoming, friendly community to all who are interested in modern fencing. We are a welcoming and inclusive place with all members of the community. We believe in a concept of “Fencing for All” which is the slogan of our foundation: Denver Fencing Foundation
What We've Achieved
Largest USA Fencing member club in 2017-2018 season
Qualified fencers for the 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 Veteran World Championships
Since 2005, we have earned over 300 national medals in men’s and women’s events in all 3 weapons
Over 30 DFC alumni have gone on to fence for NCAA and collegiate club programs
Offered after-school enrichment programs at 17 different Denver-area schools in the 2023-2024 school year
Nearly 20 years of experience teaching fencing through classes, summer camps, and private lessons
