John Kissingford has fenced for almost 30 years. Captain of the
Princeton University team in 1988-89, he studied for four years under
Maitre Michel Sebastiani, one of the world's preeminent masters of
traditional French fencing technique. This classic style has served him
well. He has coached fencing at Choate Rosemary Hall, Harvard University, and Chaparral High School, where he currently
works as an English teacher. He has also used his fencing training to
choreograph the combat in Shakespeare productions for his company "No Holds Bard."
